artwork for cycling jersey

I am looking to get artwork that can be put onto a cycling jersey. The artwork will need to go onto 4 different coloured jerseys. It needs to be a watermarked line pattern with a focus of water and hills. The jersey is for an event called the Dams Challenge that runs in Perth, Western Australia. The attached image is an idea of the sort of thing that I am thinking but the line pattern needs to be a representation of the local area.
