I am looking for a freelancer who can handle the social media planning and design for our new bar opening in Saigon. We primarily target foreigners and tourists, so the content will be in English.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in social media planning and design
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing images and videos
- Familiarity with the bar/nightlife industry
- Understanding of the target audience (foreigners and tourists)
- Creative thinking and ability to generate unique content ideas

This project is for starting a new enterprise and we do not have any specific branding guidelines or preferences for the social media content. The freelancer will have creative freedom to propose and create content that aligns with our target audience and brand identity.
