Forgot password Option:
Enter Phone Number: Country Code Drop Down, plus 8 digit phone number.
Request OTP.
Enter 6 digit OTP
If incorrect – Alert Incorrect OTP
If Correct – Select New password, Confirm new Password, Submit,
Your passwords don’t match Alert, or, Your Password has Been Successfully reset
Goto Login Screen option
At this point, the has successfully Logged in
Display assigned Zone Drop Down:
Default Entry Current Zone Name
Pressing Drop Down displays other Zones, in order for Butlr to Switch, requires Authorization of Supervisor.
Prompt for Auth Code: (6 digits)
Alert Auth Code is incorrect, or Display Info, Your Current Zone has successfully been switched.
At this point, the Butlr’s App is logged in, and signed into a ZONE!

1) Acknowledge This Order
2) Record Tracking Info

Acknowledge This Order will display Info: Your Order has successfully been assigned to you. Customer has been informed.

Record Tracking Info displays sub-menu
1) Reached Store
2) Picked Up Bags – must take a photo .. with a camera icon indicating photo taken after shot.
3) On The way to: drop down options: Valet Parking Station, Parking Gate, Home Delivery Station
4) Reached: drop down options: Valet Parking Station, Parking Gate, Home Delivery Station
5) Extended Tracking:
Drop Down:
a. Delivered inside Customer Car (must take photo)
b. Handed Over to gate station (drop down station employees). – dimmed until acknowledged, will go BRIGHT
c. Handed Over to Home Delivery Team (drop down Team Member names). Dimmed until acknowledged will go BRIGHT

Order History (with a badge that shows count)
When tapping, will show a table of order history
Order #, customer phone, shop name, # of Bags, last Tracking


Logout, Info alert you have successfully logged out, and then forwarding to Login Page.
