17 Zen-Like Body Drawings for Book - 22/07/2024 06:56 EDT

Job ID: 38367441

Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP

I need 17 drawings for my forthcoming book on the Alexander Technique, done in a sinple, flowing line drawing style. Most of them are anatomical. Please see attached images for two examples of the style I am looking for.

Here is a complete list of the drawings required.

—The breathing mechanism. Rib-cage, diaphragm, lungs, intercostal muscles.
—Bucket handle movement of breathing
—Pump handle movement of breathing
—The axial and appendicular Skelton with the girdles and limbs, delineated
—The Spine showing coxyx, sacrum, lumbar, thoracic and cervical, labelled, vertebrae and disks shown roughly, with maybe one vertebrae and one disk labelled to give the idea?
—The axis and atlantooccipital joint showing possible movements with arrows — simple
—Superficial muscles of the torso, simplified
—Intermediate muscles of the torso, simplified
—Deep muscles of torso, simplified
—The upper limb, labelled (labels as simple as possible, will need carpals labelled as they are mentioned in text, other labels maybe as simple as ‘fingers’ and ‘arm bones’ and let the picture do the talking?!)
—The lower limb, labelled (labels as simple as possible, will need tarsals and talus labelled as they are mentioned in text)
—The shoulder girdle, simple, showing connection to arm.
—Muscles supporting shoulder girdle, seen from back
—Movements of shoulder girdle, simple with arrows to show movements
—Skeleton viewed from side, showing head, torso, and body as a whole want to fall forward.
—Antigravity muscles in standing viewed from side, simple
—Base of support for standing, all fours and sitting

I need them soon, ideally by 20th August, because I have been badly let down by a previous illustrator who signed a contract and then failed to produce any drawings on the agreed date!
