Youtube Thumbnail Designer Needed.

I'm finding it extremely difficult to design thumbnails that look professional, attract clicks and maintain a consistent brand . I'm looking for someone to help make these thumbnails. For the thumbnail design I can supply a photograph of me, along with generic instructions (based on thumbnail market research).
