20 YouTube Thumbnail plus Design for Medical Videos

Please create 16 Thumbnails for youtube, so that I can edit them using gimp.
I have 16 short videos about some medication. I will add them to youtube. The Titel is "Herz und mehr: Wirkstoffe im Fokus" and then add the name of the drug that is addressed in the video e.g. "ACE-Hemmer". The style of all 16 thumbnails should be the same. The following information should be seen in the thumbnail
1.) Titel: Herz und mehr: Wirkstoffe im Fokus" not too big
2.) Name of the drug e.g. ACE Hemmer-> pretty big
