Job Description:
We're looking for a talented YouTube SEO Specialist to help optimize our YouTube channel and increase video visibility, grow our subscriber base, and boost video rankings. If you're a pro at leveraging SEO strategies for YouTube and have a solid understanding of search trends, analytics, and algorithm optimization, we want to work with you!
Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, and tags for SEO.
Develop strategies to increase organic traffic to the YouTube channel.
Analyze YouTube analytics to track performance and suggest improvements for video content.
Optimize metadata (titles, tags, descriptions) to improve video rankings and discoverability.
Implement SEO strategies for video content that will increase engagement, views, and subscribers.
Stay updated with YouTube’s algorithm changes and SEO best practices to ensure content stays optimized.
Work closely with the content team to plan and implement video promotion strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in YouTube SEO with a track record of growing channels or increasing video views.
Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, search rankings, and metadata optimization.
Familiarity with YouTube Analytics and other SEO tools (TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to create data-driven SEO strategies and make recommendations for content optimization.
Excellent communication skills, especially when providing feedback and explaining strategies.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with video content strategy and growth is a plus.
Bonus Points for:
Experience with YouTube ads and paid promotions.
Knowledge of video editing or content creation.
