YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed

We're Hiring: YouTube Thumbnail Designer (Long-Term Work)
Hi Creatives!
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and consistent YouTube Thumbnail Designer to help
us with daily thumbnail creation and a large rewamp project for our video library.
Work Details:
● We need 3 to 4 thumbnails daily on a regular basis.
● This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work.
● We're also revamping our existing videos – around 250–300 thumbnails are
required in total, to be delivered gradually over time, not all at once.
● You will be provided with clear reference images and style samples - your role is
to match the vibe and create eye-catching, high-click thumbnails.
Thumbnail Style:
● The thumbnails will be for YouTube videos in the home décor/lifestyle niche (or
similar).
● Style references will be shared - your creativity + reference = perfect match!
Platform Flexibility:
● You can use any platform you're comfortable with - Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma,
etc.
● If you prefer Canva, we can provide you with access to our Canva Pro account to
make your work easier.
Requirements:
● Strong graphic design sense and a good eye for what grabs attention.
● Ability to match given styles and themes closely.
● Consistent daily delivery.
● Willingness to work long-term and handle thumbnails in batches over time.
● Must share a portfolio or sample thumbnails.
Payment:
● Rates can be discussed based on your quality and experience.
● Open to per-thumbnail - weekly or monthly payment models.
For Sample Task
To help us better understand your style and fit, please create sample thumbnails for the
following two topics:
1. backyard entertainment ideas
2. bbq party decoration Ideas
This helps us evaluate how well you can match our needs.
● A few samples of your past thumbnails or your portfolio
● Your preferred platform (Photoshop/Canva/etc.)
● Your expected pricing per thumbnail
● Your sample thumbnails (for the 2 topics above given)
● Your current availability and how soon you can start
