We are looking for a skilled YouTube Thumbnail Designer to create eye-catching and high-converting thumbnails for our stock market and trading strategy channel. The ideal candidate should have experience designing thumbnails that improve click-through rates (CTR) and align with the finance/investing niche.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in creating YouTube thumbnails (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to make thumbnails stand out.
• Ability to create bold, engaging, and professional-looking designs that match the stock market niche.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools.
• Understanding of YouTube’s best practices for thumbnails and how to optimize for CTR.
• Ability to incorporate faces, expressions, charts, arrows, and bold text to make thumbnails more engaging.
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback for revisions.
• Ability to deliver at least 3-5 thumbnails per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with finance or stock market-related content creators.
• Knowledge of A/B testing for thumbnails.
