YouTube Music Upload & Motion Graphics

I'm looking for a freelancer who can help me upload music files onto my Youtube channel and create compelling motion graphics. Here's what you'll need to know:
- My tracks are in MP3 format, and I need them uploaded to Youtube.
- I need help creating banner art. I already have a logo, but a fresh, attractive banner would help tie my channel together.
- For each track, I would like some engaging motion graphics instead of static images. I aim to make my videos visually captivating and sync them effectively with the music.
Ideal candidates will have the following skills:
- Experience with YouTube and underlying best practices
- Strong visual design skills, particularly regarding YouTube banners
- Proficiency in creating motion graphics in tune with music
- Familiarity with MP3 files and uploading them to YouTube
