I'm looking for a thumbnail designer for my YouTube math channel.

Requirements:
- 5-10 thumbnails per week
- Follow my established style and use my cartoon character
- Include 1-2 questions I provide

Skills and Experience:
- Graphic design
- Experience with YouTube thumbnails
- Attention to detail

Compensation: $2 per thumbnail, long-term engagement
