Years of Service Logo Design -- 2

Hi, we are looking at doing mugs for our staff to celebrate years of service with our firm. we would be after 7 logo designs for 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years, 15 years and 20 years with the design starting very simplistic and getting grander and more complex with each passing year. we are an accounting firm but we are not boring we are looking for something fun and quirky in a badge type style. i have uploaded our logo, pictures of the artwork around our office to give a sense of who we are. our main colour is a navy blue of RGB: Red 32, Green 46, Blue 87. Hex: #202E57. accent colour is Green RGB: Red 33, Green 91, Blue 51. Hex #215B33. i have also uploaded the inspiration behind what we are trying to do. we would need this job to be completed by the 15th of May so we can get the mugs printed in time for our annual planning day in the first week of July. we were thinking of a shield and wreath type design with stars underneath to correspond to years of service. but happy to be guided by your artistic input. can you please provide a fee proposal for the job. and if you require any further files or information. would you also be able to provide a rough idea for years 1, 5 and 15 for example so we can make sure we are on the same page in terms of style
