Workbook design and layout

I need help creating a workbook for adults. This workbook will be used to teach adults English. This workbook is based on the movie "Mean Girls" and it should have between 31-60 pages of important information presented in an easy-to-follow and engaging layout. I am looking for someone with experience in designing and layout who can create an effective and attractive workbook that will be easy for my target audience to use.
