WordPress Specialist for Complete Setup

I need a WordPress expert to set up my entire website using the theme that is already uploaded in WordPress.
The goal is a clean, professional, fully functional website, ready for immediate use.

The freelancer may design the page sections, blocks, and images using their own inspiration — as long as it stays clean, modern, and consistent.

Brand Character Requirement

I have a brand avatar (image attached).
This character represents CmatiQ and must be used across the website.

The freelancer must:

Integrate this character on all relevant pages

Create 1–3 new variations of the character (same style, same face, same look)

Slight pose changes

Friendly, professional appearance

Deliver all character versions in PNG with transparent background

Style must stay consistent with the provided avatar

The final website must be clean, functional, and ready to use
