WordPress Hero Banner Creation -- 2

I have a JPEG ready to go and the copy I want overlaid on it. Your job is to refine the image, integrate my text so it looks like a true hero banner, then place it on my WordPress site where the current header sits. Once live, I need the banner to render crisply on large desktop screens and scale neatly to mobile without cropping critical elements.

Here is what I will hand over:
• The original JPEG
• The headline, sub-text, and any call-to-action wording

What I’m expecting back:
• A retouched, text-enhanced banner in web-optimised JPEG/PNG (plus the layered source file, e.g. PSD or XD)
• The banner implemented on WordPress (using Customizer)
• Assurance that it passes responsive checks on major breakpoints

Basic colour tweaks, font pairing and subtle effects (drop shadow, gradient overlay, etc.) are welcome as long as the final look stays clean and modern. Feel free to suggest micro-adjustments that improve legibility without overpowering the rest of the page.
