I am building aiProjectManager.ai, a lightweight AI-powered tool that helps users generate professional project management artifacts (Charter, Plan, Roadmap, Status Reports, etc.) using PMI-style standards.

This MVP is simple by design and focused on speed to market.

The system has only two core parts:

1. Main Landing Page

User Input Screen that wraps inputs into a structured OpenAI prompt and returns generated project deliverables to the user.



Scope (What You Will Build)
WordPress Setup

Set up WordPress site using NameCheap hosting & domain

Basic security + performance best practices

Clean, modern theme (can be lightweight or starter theme)

Main Landing Page (One Page)

Simple, professional one-page homepage

Use a screen designer tool that can allow the freelancer to design the screens
and for later customization

Home screen will have menu options
Home Getting Started Login PM example articles (to be written by owner)

Text + graphics (branding assets will be provided) + blog articles

Clear CTA (Start Free Trial / Get Started)

Pricing section:

Free Trial

PM Plan – $99/month

Team Plan – $199/month

Payment integration can be basic (Stripe / WooCommerce / plugin-based). Advanced billing logic is NOT required for Phase 1.

2 AI Project Input Screen (Core Feature)

A clean form-based input screen (design provided)

Input fields (dropdowns, text boxes, uploads)

Form data is:

Wrapped into a structured OpenAI prompt

Sent to OpenAI

AI-generated project artifacts are returned on screen

Output can be:

On-screen text

Or downloadable (PDF / Word – simple is fine)

Tech Stack (Required Skills)

You must have experience with:

WordPress

OpenAI API

n8n (or similar automation/workflow tool)

Nice to have (not required):

Basic UX/UI sense

Experience with AI-powered tools or SaaS MVPs

Timeline & Budget

Timeline: 7 days (1 week)

Budget: Max $250 CAD

Phased delivery with daily or near-daily progress updates

What Success Looks Like

At the end of Phase 1, I should have:

A live WordPress site

A clean homepage

A working AI Project Input Screen

Users can input project details and receive AI-generated project documents

Simple pricing plans visible

That’s it. No over-engineering.
