MS Word document designing/Layout expert

I needed a person who can copy the layout and formatting style of a PDF document to Word document. No need to add contents but just formatting and fully matched formatting with PDF document. The word file contains about 48 pages. Definitely, I will increase budget to $15 once a right person I have. Please don't apply if you just to make guess about formatting but not get the right formatting from PDF including margins, line spacing, heading style etc
