Word Template Creation Based on Letterhead

I need a Word template created for my client, based on my letterhead and second sheet designs (provided as PDFs). The template should allow my client to open it and find the logo and other information exactly where they're supposed to be, looking just as they do on the print versions.

Requirements:
- First page should include:
- Logo
- Contact details

- Subsequent pages should include:
- Logo
- Contact details
- Footer text (for page numbering)

- Use exact type/font/spacing from letterhead (I will provide fonts/font names)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
