Word Document Letterhead Design for 2 Island Resorts

I'm seeking a graphic designer to create 2 beach-themed header and footer letterheads for 2 Word documents. These designs are for two resorts located on Anna Maria Island, Florida. The body of the Word document needs to be editable for the client while the head and footer designs should be fixed and uneditable in Microsoft Word. Attached is the old letterhead design used for one of the resorts that we would like replaced with your new design.

Key Requirements:
- Design 2 island style headers and footers
- Include the logo and other creative elements in the header that reflect the brand's aesthetic
- Incorporate the address, website URL, and our tagline 'You're going to love it here!' in the footer
