I'm seeking a skilled designer specializing in women's fusion and ethnic wear. The ideal candidate will focus on creating a mixed (fusion) style that incorporates both traditional and contemporary aesthetics.

Key Design Focus:
- Fusion of ethnic and modern styles
- Primarily targeting the women's wear segment
- Good understanding of commercial and trending styles

Contemporary Styles to Incorporate:
- Bohemian: Free-spirited and eclectic designs
- Minimalist: Clean, simple and understated pieces

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in women's wear design
- Strong understanding of current ethnic wear trends in commercial retail
- Ability to fuse traditional and contemporary styles seamlessly
- Excellent sketching and technical design skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of Print , Embroidery and repeats for block and screen making
- Delivery and creation of Tech Packs with design and product details
