Wix Website Build Based on Existing Mockup

We are looking for an experienced Wix designer/developer to build out a website based on an existing mockup and design direction.

The organization already has a live Wix site, but we want the site rebuilt and improved using the mockup we will provide. This is not a full brand redesign. The visual direction is already established. We need someone who can accurately build the mockup in Wix, make the site responsive, connect the correct links, and structure the pages so our team can update them later.

Scope of work:

Build the redesigned site in Wix using the provided mockup

Work inside the existing Wix site without disrupting the current live version

Create new pages as hidden draft pages first

Build more than just the homepage

Set up clear navigation across the site

Use our existing logo, brand colors, real photos, and copy direction

Make all pages fully responsive for desktop and mobile

Ensure all buttons, donation links, event links, and contact links work correctly

Keep the site easy for our team to edit after completion

Team or profile pages
Contact
Additional landing pages depending on final scope

Important requirements:
Must be highly experienced in Wix
Must be able to build from a provided mockup, not just use a generic template
Must understand responsive desktop and mobile formatting
Must be able to work carefully inside an existing live Wix site
Must not break or overwrite the current live site while building
Must be able to use real photos in a polished, professional way
Must understand nonprofit or mission based calls to action such as donate, volunteer, sponsor, attend an event, and contact us
Must be comfortable following specific copy and language direction

Deliverables:
Completed Wix website pages built from the provided mockup
Desktop optimized version
Mobile optimized version
Functional navigation
Correct donation, event, contact, and volunteer links
Clean page structure that our team can edit later
Basic handoff notes or short walkthrough showing how to update text, images, buttons, and links

Ideal candidate:
A Wix designer/developer who can take a strong visual mockup and build it accurately inside Wix while making good decisions about spacing, mobile layout, buttons, image cropping, and site structure. We do not need someone to reinvent the concept. We need someone who can execute it cleanly and professionally.
