Wireframe Figma Design required for APP/Website

I am looking for a skilled designer to create wireframe Figma designs for both my mobile app and website. I am starting from scratch and do not have any existing brand guidelines to follow.
The ideal candidate should have experience in creating wireframe designs for both mobile apps and websites. They should be able to work with a mixture of specific requirements and open to suggestions for features and functions to be included in the design.
Skills and experience required:
