WinWin.iCarsU.com Long term relationship for design work (Banners and other graphic work)

WinWin.icarsu.com is a new startup. We are already licensed in United Arab Emirates and are about to start marketing.
Winwin.icarsU.com is an affiliate program that will will allow anyone from the world to register and gain extra cash. Affiliates will be able to register for Free. After registration they will be guided on how to help us (iCarsU.com) to source (find) used cars deals on facebook, Instagram, Classified websites and other online sources. Every time an affiliate sends us a car ad and end up buying the car. We pay the Affiliate $135. An Affiliate can also hire unlimited team members.... Every time they send us an ad and we end up buying the car, we pay the Affiliate(the team members) $135 and we pay the Team lead( $45)..... We require a lot of design work....
-Banners that we will post in facebook to hire affiliates
-Banners that Affiliates will use to hire team members
-Banners that Affiliates will use when they post cars wanted ads
-Few banners or some final design work that we may need for icarsU.com and WinWin.iCarsU.com
-Design for physical flyers that we may print and use
- Part of the work is the Guide that shows the new Affiliate what to do
-Some video editing ...for vidoes that also guide the Affiliate on how to post on facebook, instagram and other places...We already have the recordings..but may need some editing
To summarize ... We are looking for a Win Win long term relationship...as we need a lot of work
