Whiteboard Artist

I want to make a short (3 min?) whiteboard video for my daughter's wedding. It is meant to be funny. I would provide the script and the narration. I would also indicate what type of drawing I want and where (with your help). I want the simplest (least expensive) type of drawing. my budget is $1200. Is this job to small for you?
