Well being poster for a workplace

I am looking for a designer to create a well-being poster for our workplace. The purpose of the poster is to promote overall well-being among our employees.
Format:
- The poster should be in a combination of printed and digital formats, allowing us to display it both in the office and on our digital platforms.
Design Elements:
- As the client, I am open to suggestions and do not have any specific design elements or ideas in mind.
- I value creativity and would like the designer to come up with a visually appealing and engaging design that effectively promotes well-being.
