Welding Templates for Octagon Tubing

need templates for fitting 4.875 maybe 5.00 in. od wall thickness ,125 octagon to same size tubing at 45 degree saddle( also called branch in pipe fitting) 30 degree and 22 .5 degree in saddle 3 templates total one of ea can be supplied on paper or transferable by e-mail as I can trace them onto thin gasket material to make permanant template if to scale size
