Weekly Newsletter Creation

I am trying to make a wintery canva style newsletter two columns and fitting all this into it. I found a template in canva I like but I cannot get everything to fit into the template. This is a weekly newsletter that I send to my team. I would like to be able to continue to use for the month and be able to edit but I am struggling getting it going.
