About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to help develop weekly lesson materials for our tuition center. The materials will cover Math and English for primary school students and should be designed to engage students through a detective/adventure-themed approach. This creative theme will be used to make learning both enjoyable and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design engaging, high-quality lesson materials for Math and English.
• Incorporate instructional strategies to ensure that the content is both educational and engaging.
• Use a detective/adventure theme to transform plain text into fun, interactive, and visually appealing content.
• Ensure that all materials align with our “Crack the Code ” methodology: helping students break down complex concepts into digestible “bite-sized” steps.
• Create worksheets, activities, and instructional documents in text format with visual elements.
• Work closely with our team to revise and adapt materials for weekly lessons.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Experience in instructional design for education, preferably in Math and English at the primary school level.
• Strong skills in graphic design and layout, with an ability to make materials visually appealing without sacrificing clarity.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in creating engaging, student-centered content that fosters creativity and critical thinking.
• Ability to create interactive and differentiated content for students of different learning styles and abilities.
