Wedding Reception Invite Design 1 page

We need a wedding reception invite design. We already have a design in mind but we need to add the text below in Hindi as well in a little small font than the current one. The cartoon image needs to be replaced with the picture we will share (which first needs to be changed into animated style). And that light needs to flicker so it will be a GIF.
