Website for online banner printing company

I’m looking to have a new site created for an online banner printing company. It’s probably going to start with approx 20 items (in multiple sizes and finishes) that vary from banners to stickers etc. I already purchased the domain name. I’m looking to make a user friendly page and have it so the user uploads their photo and across the bottom will be the tabs. See attached picture. I don’t want the typical about us and other pages loaded with verbiage. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks
