Website designer for a gardening blog

I am in search of a website designer for my gardening blog. My goal for the website is to inform and educate readers about gardening techniques, and tell personal stories about gardening. I have some ideas in mind when it comes to design elements, so the designer should be prepared to work with me to create a visually appealing website. Lastly, the functionality that I want included on the website are blog posts and comments, so the designer should have experience with the tools and resources necessary to make this happen. I am looking for the aesthetic of fashion/home decor websites, but with color (not just white and bright).
