Website designer and content creator

I'm looking for a professional native level English speaker to help me enhance the deign and functionality of my current website in the training and consulting industry. May including some re-branding. Must have strong general business knowledge, someone who can help with design, functionality, and ideally be able help me rework the text content and messaging on the page (either as a full service provider or in partnership with another trusted provider). I need someone who can interview me and understand the vision and concept of the business and help me come up with a great way to share that vision through a practical and engaging website.
