Website Logo and header Design in Pink/Silver

I'm in search of a skilled graphic designer to create an edgy, dynamic logo to help draw in my target audience. The aesthetics should be feminine, clean and modern. I'd then like you to take that logo and also make a website header for an e-commerce site.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in graphic design
- Experience with edgy, innovative aesthetics
- Ability to incorporate pink and silver color palette
- Demonstrated understanding of target audience attraction strategies.
Logo is for a brand new tarot reading site with design components of stars and perhaps star gazer lilies (flower). Traditional stars, not religious symbols. I need it to appeal to a demo of middle aged, middle income women of all ethnicities in the USA. Color palette should be a variety of pinks and silver with black outlining and for a white background. Site URL is www.starlilytarot.com and I would like those words incorporated as well.
