I'm searching for a skilled Elementor Pro designer who can build a header and footer for my website. It needs to look exactly like the images I'll provide, and work seamlessly on phones and tablets.
The footer includes a bunch of placeholder 'lorem ipsum' text. We'll be replacing that with descriptions of our services, and we have a LOT of services listed.
