Website & EDM All Rounder With Design Skills
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
Hi Guys,
I need someone to quote me an hourly rate - ideally in $AU for about 15-20 hours of work a week.
I run a number of small businesses and I need an all rounder, somebody who can do exactly what I've requested in the title. It's lots of little bits and pieces but will be ongoing work (20 hours a week) as I have a lot of ongoing businesses and a lot of projects coming up.
The role is essentially a creative all rounder with proficient skills in web design, electronic mail out programs and strong design skills that would run through both of the above as well as as a stand alone skill. I have found CANVA very effective as it allows for everybody to work on the same program in real time but if an applicant was just as confident and able to demonstrate that they could do the role with ADOBE Creative suite or similar I would not be adverse to that.
Basic Requirements:
I need somebody who can communicate extremely effectively in English.
I need somebody to be able to work to Australian time zones and respond almost immediately
I need somebody to happy to sign an NDA - which will just say 'dont talk about what you do here'
Skill Sets:
Websites: We already have a number of websites - in different platforms (word press mainly) which I need regularly updated with different information as it becomes pertinent.
A few need some one with some advanced web building skills as I have had a go but they need cleaning up. Sometimes this may require sourcing accompanying images etc, basic common sense type stuff.
Electronic Mail Management Programs: I need someone who can effectively run EDM software. Currently I'm using mail chimp but am considering moving over to Vision 4. The ideology is the same, creating beautiful attractive EDM's using content and images provided and then managing the send out and monitoring and data analysis of that.
Design: Lastly, through and aside from all of the above i need someone with a keen eye for aesthetics, layout and design. Though I don't need a graphic designer per se I DO need someone who is able to make all of their work, the websites, EDM's (mail out's) and presentations / reports that we put together presented really well (se attachment) & top notch aesthetically pleasing.
I need an applicant who would be able to put beautiful presentations / reports together based upon the content and basic details I provide.
Logo Design capability would be a huge plus.
The Team:
I work with a team of contractors with different skill sets who do different tasks in keeping with what is needed for my businesses, So you will have basic support in all of the above to begin with, show you the ropes where required etc. We are a very friendly and extremely supportive bunch who also like a good laugh.
