It goes without saying that one must not slavishly copy this website. The copyright of the mentioned website must be respected and must not be violated. However, there must also be no major deviations from this website, because its design is convincing. Quite simply a legal copy.
Texts:
The texts and text blocks are to be inserted in the draft of the new web page in a first phase with sample texts structured by you into the web page. Later, after the first rough drafts, we will provide you with the new text, which you should insert in a structured way into the website to be adapted. From this text you will be able to choose the themes, which will also serve you for the selection of graphics and photos. The adaptation of the graphics and photos to these themes is extremely important and should only be done after consultation with us.

Sophisticated software such as WordPress etc. should be avoided if possible and instead the website should be created and published on the wix.com platform. This will allow the owner of the website and his staff to easily make changes in the content and text as well as templates themselves in the future, without requiring programmers. If you would like to make another suggestion on this topic, you are invited to do so. However, please note that it is mandatory that the customizations on the website can be created by a non-professional layman.
