I must be able to edit information when needed.
Logo and theme fonts are ready.
Mobile browser friendly.
Other project may come.
Don't bother reaching out if you going to offer me something else, charge me a different rate.
Payments and payment structure as below (if you don't like it don't apply)
Budget is $400
3 milestone
40% project completion 10% payment
70% completion another 35% payment.
99% completion 80% payment.
100% completion full payment.
If the project finish on time or early and meets the criteria I will add $100 bonus.
When messaging please include the following:
1. Time line for the project
2. Examples of prior websites
