Website Completion & Database Integration

I'm looking for a skilled web developer who can help me finish an existing website. The primary tasks include:
- Fine-tuning the search function to accurately locate top-rated businesses across the United States based on location, category, and rating. The main priority for this refinement is improving the accuracy of results.
- Creating a comprehensive database of these top-rated businesses. This database should include the business name and address, the types of services they offer, and their contact information.
- Incorporating a section of the website that provides estimates for common repairs. This feature is already available on other sites, but needs to be integrated into my website.
- Developing a monetization strategy for the site. This includes charging businesses for the opportunity to provide quotes and estimates to my customers. An e-commerce billing platform needs to be incorporated for this purpose.
