Website and App design

We are looking for a freelancer to create and potentially maintain a website and phone application. The design and structure would be similar to AirBnB. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) would need to be signed before any detailed discussions on the project would begin.
We are a newer consulting firm who is looking to grow rapidly and extensively.
