Webcomics project website

I’m looking to build a website for a webcomic project aimed at teenagers. It will be built with a responsive design so that it looks just as good on computer screens, tablets, and phones. My goal is to create a website that allows readers of all ages to access the webcomics easily, no matter their device. I'm looking to find a talented freelancer, who has experience in such design and development, to create a website that best fits my needs. I'm open to innovative ideas and information the freelancer can potentially bring to the table, so I'm sure the result will be something really creative and unique.
I would like to build the website in react js / next connected to a service like aws for the storage. ( No wordpress )
