Webapp design (2 screens)

Hi,
I need design of two screens plus one ratings pop up window for webapp that is developed in React. This extra pop up window is very simple just window with 5 rating stars and close button.
Screens are dead simple in structure, please see attached drawings. IMPORTANT! I am not designer so attached drawings is only for structure feeling but is not guidelines for design. I can only say elements and importance of elements but you will provide your vision of design.
It will be implemented in React project so if there is possibility somehow map with MUI or React Bootstrap would be easier for me but not must as focus is nice design.
Should be desktop and mobile friendly.
IMPORTANT! I will only agree on if some mock of one screen will be provided up front, it can be just jpg screenshot not figma, but its must. If you willing to do that please first contact me so I can explain bit more to make sure we are on the same page.
