WebFlow website, design and api integration

A WebFlow framework website for a new software "app", Windows, Mac, IOS and Android.
1. The software app delivers a currency rate conversion.
2. The app has two versions
- Free, current rate based on rates from Central banks.
- Paid for, api feed. The api feed delivers values in multiple formats.
3. The website has the following functions
- Promotion of product and services
- Contact us
- About us
- News (populated by data from an api)
- Sign up for api feed. This will require payment integration. For example PayPal, Stripe, FastSpring (or similar).
- Multi-lingual (all text loaded from server based text files). I arrange all translations
4. This is phase 1 of the project. Additional phases will follow based on additional services offered.
5. A home page option to select 2 currencies, enter a value and get a converted rate.
