Web designs, marketing materials, social media posters etc

I am looking for a long term engagement for the designing of web banners, social media posters, marketing materials for a Hospital. This is a long term engagement as I want to do the weekly, monthly, on demand campaigns regularly.

I am expecting the freelancer with the rate card for the activities and should be having a quick turn around of the activities.
