Web UI designer needed (Photoshop/Figma/ XD)

I am in need of a few web UI designers. I will send the designer the context/content/reference, and he/she will have to design the pages as per the context. I would expect workable PSD files so that my developers can implement the design easily. Figma/XD designers are also welcome.

This is a long term working opportunity so the price should be reasonable.
