Web application UI redesign

I am looking for a UI redesign for my web application that will enhance its visual appeal. The primary goal of the redesign is to make the application more visually appealing to users - both to make it simple to navigate and to make it more enjoyable to use.

I have a preference for modern design styles that are both minimalist and custom. The target platform for the web application is both desktop and mobile, so the ideal candidate should have experience designing for both platforms. It’s a web application but the design needs to work on tablet and movies too. The project will require skills in UI design /graphic design.

There around about 60-70 pages on the web app.

Some are very basic and simple like forms to add a user where elements can easily be duplicated for multiple pages. Others like the job page and jobs tables are more complex.

What we have can be used as a base to modernise and adapt.
