Web application development

I am looking for a web application developer to help create a healthcare-related web application. This application needs to have the desired functionality of patient registration, billing, reporting and finance. Additionally, it needs to adheres to a specific design that I have in mind. Finally, this application must include user registration and login, payment gateway integration, and appointment booking systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in web application development and be able to quickly deliver a high quality product. They will need to have strong understanding of current web development trends as well as the ability to work within tight deadlines. If you have knowledge of healthcare related technologies such as HITRUST or COE-certified frameworks, this would be an added benefit.
