I am interested in developing a bilingual website (Arabic and English) for a company. I have already outlined the data structure for the website and have a clear theme in mind. Your role would involve customizing all the structural components to seamlessly align with the chosen theme.

1. Installing WordPress
2. Make the website Skeleton (Structuring the website).
3. Adding Up the Content and ensure that it is SEO Friendly.
4. Review the Translated Version, and make any edits required.
I will need WordPress and Translation too. The English content is attached on the project. You'd need to translate it to Arabic. I will provide with any pictures or screenshots for the portfolio.
