We are seeking an experienced web developer to build a dynamic and engaging website for our school in Visakhapatnam, India. The website will serve as an essential communication platform for students, parents, teachers and the organization. We are looking for a skilled professional who can bring our vision to life and deliver a high-quality website that aligns with our objectives.
Scope of Work:
- Develop a user-friendly and visually appealing website structure with intuitive navigation.
- Design a modern and responsive website layout that is compatible with various devices and browsers.
- Incorporate interactive features such as event calendars, news sections, photo galleries, and a secure online
admission inquiry form.
- Implement a secure online admission application form for prospective students to submit their detailed
information. such as admission applications. (School Admission application will be supplied to the successful
tenderer)
- School logo and fronts and more details will be shared with the successful tenderer.
- Domains were purchased and shared with the successful tenderer.
- Manual application run facility by management to access the online applications.
- Integrate social media platforms and other third-party tools as required.
- Ensure the website adheres to accessibility standards and privacy regulations.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support post-launch, including regular updates and backups.
- Set up a content management system (CMS) that allows us to edit and update website content independently.
- Train our team on how to use the CMS effectively for content management and updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web development, with a portfolio showcasing previous school or educational website
projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (such as WordPress, Wix, or Drupal).
- Strong design sense and ability to create visually appealing interfaces.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience implementing secure online forms and data storage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
