Web Designer (Graphics + UI/UX) required

I am in need of a skilled and experienced web designer who can handle both graphics and UI/UX design for my project. The primary purpose of the website is not specified, but I anticipate that it could fall under the categories of E-commerce, portfolio/showcase, or informational/blog. The number of pages for the website is also not mentioned, but it can range from 1-5, 6-10, or more than 10. As for the desired color scheme, the client has not provided any information. The ideal candidate for this job should have expertise in web design, graphics design, and UI/UX design. They should be able to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with the client's needs and preferences.

This will be a long term projects, so i need an hourly price to work and it will be min 20hr per week. Our price budget range is below Rs 200 per hours.
