Web Designer UX/UI Design

I am seeking a UX/Web Designer that can conceptually design and implement a creative, modern design for our website(s), as well as creating visual elements that work with our exact branding (colors/fonts).

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues with CSS and HTML related issues.
Fast and efficient at preparing mock-ups and sample pages with client branding
